I have received my books; they look great! I am very pleased. Any questions I had regarding my book were answered promptly. All the staff that I spoke with were friendly and helpful. This was my first experience in putting a book together to be printed and by using the free software--it went well. I am now planning a second book and will use UBuildABook again.
